I was born the same year the first man landed on the moon. I have been married for 22 years to the same man. I have 7 children- 6 birthed by me and 1 who came to live with us 2 years ago and now calls me Mom. The youngest 5 are boys and keep me on my toes. I am the oldest of 3 girls. Raised in a small town in California.
My husband and I have moved more times than most military families- we must be gypsies. We love adventure and are still looking for that special place that we will call our forever home. We homeschool our children- though mostly they school themselves. The children are very creative- photographer, musician, artist, make-up artist, knit, sew, just spend their days creating anything they can think of. My husband is an amazing guitarist and internet marketer.
I am a fiber artist. I knit, crochet, spin yarn and weave. I love to weave beautiful one of a kind shawls. I love anything handmade. I love to sew things by hand. I love art, classical music, tea.. I love Pride and Prejudice and anything by Jane Austen.
I was a vegan for over 2 years and I am a certified raw food chef. Though we now eat locally sourced, organic animal products and dream of having a small farm of our own. Love to garden, preserve food, bake, and do any of the lost arts.. I dream of weaving outdoors near a beautiful herb garden- barefoot of course. I dream of teaching people how to weave, how to make things by hand, how to eat healthy (real food not processed foods- with lots of fresh fruits and veggies).
