I enjoyed this book as much as I enjoyed Keeping Bees- and it wasn’t surprising that one of my favorite parts were the little bios of artisan cheese makers, yogurt makers and all around dairy lovers. The instructions are clear with step by step pictures. You will have a better understanding of where you can get started. And the recipes all look amazing!
